New Bamfielder - Last Issue!

"This is the last issue of The New Bamfielder I will produce (see over for the first). Hopefully, someone(s) will either continue TNB or replace it with a new approach (historically, the paper has been commercialized).

Our survival over the past 14 years is in response to: Heather Washburn who sponsored & managed our website (up to 5000 visits per issue); Marc Phillips who provided the photo journalism and with his Judith provided the printer; Rae Hopkins who, as copy editor, provided typo-free, grammatically correct text; Stella Peters for photos; Jerry Baird for weather; The Market & Bamfield Mercantile & the Post Office for distributing the paper, The Bamfield School Association for dispersing donated funds for student projects; and you, the occasional contributor of copy.
